Through a dedicated procedure, Gematica provides the opportunity to report—even anonymously—via an online platform (whistleblowing channel), any offenses and/or violations related to the workplace, or breaches of national and EU regulations. The objective is to prevent and counter the emergence of any illegal activities or unethical behavior.

Personal or commercial communications (e.g., customer complaints, etc.) must be routed through standard communication channels.

Gematica’s whistleblowing channel—managed by an external consulting firm that ensures adequate guarantees of independence, professionalism, confidentiality, data protection, and secrecy—allows reports to be submitted both in writing and via voice messaging systems.

Alternatively, a report can be made by requesting a direct face-to-face meeting with the reporting manager. This request must be submitted through the whistleblowing channel.

All received reports will be handled in strict compliance with whistleblowing regulations (Legislative Decree No. 24/2023) and personal data protection laws (EU Regulation 2016/679* and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
