PREMISE: we wish to inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the above
regulations and the obligations of confidentiality which the undersigned Company is required to.
Purpose of treatment
The personal data you provide are necessary for the performance of features of this website.
Nature of the provision
The provision of your personal data is required in order to contact you, and your refusal to provide such data would make
it impossible to manage the relationship with you and make it impossible to get in touch with you.
Processing and storage methods
The processing will be carried out manually, using methods and tools, in any case in compliance with the security measures
referred to in art. 32 of GDPR 2016/679 and Annex B of the Privacy Code (Articles 33-36 of the Code), by specially appointed
persons, in compliance with the provisions of Article 29 of GDPR 2016/679. Please note that, in accordance with the principles
of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, the period of retention of
your personal data is set for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected

Gematica reserves the right to store your data, unless otherwise indicated by you, in order to contact you at a later date
for any information relating to your requests.
Gematica is also willing to provide any information regarding the internal data management method, more detailed in DPIA,
Rev. 1, dated 22/05/18, and relative assessment of the risks associated with the processing contained therein.
Scope of communication and release
We also inform you that the data collected will never be disclosed and will not be the subject of communication without your
express consent, except for the communications necessary for sending communications about your requests.

In no case, for the purposes related to the activities of Gematica, will you be asked for data related to "particular categories"
(ie those data that reveal "racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade
union membership ... genetic data, biometric data to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to health or sex
life or sexual orientation of the person").
Rights of the data subject
At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and Articles 15-22 of the GDPR 2016/679, the right
- request confirmation as to whether or not their personal data exist;
- obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of
recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the period of retention;
- obtain the rectification and erasure of the data;
- obtain the limitation of treatment;
- obtain portability of the data, i.e. receive it in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transfer
it to another data controller without hindrance;
- oppose the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
- object to automated decision making regarding natural persons, including profiling.
